Important Dates for 2024-25 Cheerleaders

Uniform Fittings

May 7th

7:30-9:30 pm 

Location: WLHS/upstairs in the Forum

​

WLHS Cheer Fitting Schedule

7:30 pm Freshman

8:00 pm Sophomores

8:30  pm Juniors

9:00 pm Seniors

What to expect at Fittings: 

Please arrive in appropriate garments: Sports bra, briefs/compression shorts or a swimsuit and socks are recommended. 

*Appropriate undergarments must be worn by all athletes to try on samples, no exceptions!

Also it is best if your hair is secured in a bun or ponytail. 

 

Be present! If you will not be at the scheduled fitting, please complete the Uniform Measurement Fitting Form and send it to your coach so that it will be available at the Fitting.

 

Form into small groups of 3-4 athletes for uniform fitting. The groups of athletes should be of varying sizes to speed the process (i.e. mixture of sizes in small, medium, and large in each group). 

 

Have your phone fully (at least moderately) charged at fitting.

 

Use the camera app or any QR scanner app (Snapchat will also work) to hover over the QR code to open Fitting Pass. Log into Fitting Pass to complete the athlete’s profile and enter your measurements. *A measuring tape is needed to take the measurements! Once measurements have been entered, then fitting pass will recommend sizes based on those measurements. However, those are just recommendations and once at the fitting you will try on all the garments and choose the size you like best.

 

If you are a RETURNER (you were in the program on JV or Varsity the previous year) then you will click “I don’t need” on any items, that you already have!

 

DO NOT submit your fitting pass until you have entered your measurements, selected your sizes & items purchased and reviewed your order. To review your order- Tap on pancakes in upper right corner of fitting pass. Select order details. Review your sizes. Check box when you approve. Submit your fitting pass.

Payment will not be due until you verify your uniform sizes.  You can pay online after your fitting or provide a check at the parent meeting on May 8th.

Parent Meeting

May 8th 

6:00 - 7:00 pm 

Location: New Commons at WLHS 

We would love an opportunity to meet with you and talk about the upcoming season. Please have one parent/guardian and your athlete at the meeting if possible.  Bring your calendar!
